Book the day
Reply to admin@anazaosolutions.com or use the contact form. We confirm the day, sign a one-page engagement letter, and you pay the $1,500 flat fee.

Pre-call (30 minutes)
Quick call to scope the visit. What programs you run, what waivers you bill, when your last survey was, what is keeping you up at night. So Jade walks in already knowing your operation.

On-site day (or secure virtual)
One full working day inside your files. Jade pulls everything, runs the checklist, and starts writing the findings as she goes. You do not need to host her or feed her — she is there to work.

Findings report delivered
Within five business days of the on-site day, you receive the line-by-line findings report, the 30-day remediation plan, and the three-systems write-up.

Walk-through call (30 minutes)
We go through the report together, you ask questions, and you decide whether to handle remediation in-house, hire us to do the heavier lifts, or move to the Anazao Operations Portal so this never happens again.
06 Common questions
Answered honestly.
Is the findings report a legal document?
No. It is an operational consulting deliverable. It tells you what a surveyor would likely flag and what to do about it. If you have a specific legal matter or an open complaint, you should work with an attorney, not a consultant.
What if the report finds something we cannot fix in 30 days?
Some gaps are easy. Some are not. The remediation plan ranks every item by severity and gives you realistic timelines. If a fix is bigger than 30 days, the plan says so and tells you what the interim mitigation should look like.
Do you handle on-site or virtual?
Both. In Idaho, on-site is included. Out of state, we do secure virtual access to your file systems (with a signed BAA where PHI is involved) at no travel cost, or you can fly Jade out at travel-at-cost. Same deliverable either way.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. If your engagement involves access to protected health information, we sign a HIPAA business associate agreement before anything starts. The Anazao HIPAA security policy and our BAA template are both standard and ready to go.
How does the portal credit work?
If you sign for the Anazao Operations Portal within 90 days of your Audit Prep Day report, the full $1,500 credits against your first portal invoice. No partial credit, no expiration tricks. Just one-to-one.
Can you do this for a multi-site agency?
Yes, with a quote adjustment. The $1,500 flat fee is for a single-site agency with up to 25 active clients and up to 25 staff. Multi-site or larger operations are scoped separately — usually one day per site or one day per 25-50 client files.
