Privacy notice — Anazao Solutions

1. Who we are

Anazao Solutions LLC is an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Anazao Solutions, operating the website at anazaosolutions.com and anazaosolutions.pplx.app. References to "we," "our," and "the firm" mean Anazao Solutions LLC. The firm controls and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information you give us, plus a small amount of standard server log information your browser sends automatically.

You give us:

Contact form: name, email, organization (optional), topic, and the contents of your message.
Resource downloads: name, email, organization (optional), and role (optional).
Petition signatures: first name, last name, email, state or territory, ZIP code, and optionally your city, organization, and how you found the petition. Your affirmation that you support the petition, your age affirmation, and your opt-in choices for campaign updates and for helping to spread the petition are also recorded.

Your browser gives us:

Server logs: IP address, user-agent string, and timestamp of requests. IP addresses are stored only in hashed form for the petition (we keep a one-way fingerprint, not the raw address) and are used solely to prevent abuse.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web. We do not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or browser cookies to identify you.

3. How we use it

To respond to you — we use contact and download information to answer your message and deliver the resource you requested.
To run the petition — we use petition information to verify your signature, send you the confirmation email, count signatures by state, and prepare the public delivery file that we send to relevant members of Congress, the U.S. Department of Justice, and applicable state attorneys general.
To send campaign updates — only if you opted in, we will email you periodic updates about the petition campaign. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To protect the site — we use hashed IP addresses and request fingerprints to detect and prevent automated abuse and duplicate signatures.

4. What goes in the public delivery file

The petition delivery file that we submit to government recipients contains only:

Your first name, last name, and state or territory.
The fact that you affirmed support for the petition and were at least 18 years old at the time of signing.
The date your signature was confirmed.

The public delivery file does not include your email address, ZIP code, city, organization, IP address, or referral source. Those fields are used only for verification, internal organizing, and campaign communications.

5. How we share it

We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information to anyone, for any purpose, ever. We share information only as follows:

With email service providers we use to deliver email (currently Resend). They process your email address solely to send messages on our behalf and are contractually limited to that purpose.
With infrastructure providers who host the website and database (currently Perplexity's sandbox infrastructure and Vercel for the marketing site).
With recipients of the public delivery file — but only the limited fields described in Section 4.
When required by law — for example, in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful request. We will tell you if this happens, unless legally prohibited.

6. How long we keep it

Contact and download records: kept indefinitely for client-relationship and business-record purposes. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Petition signatures: kept for the active life of the campaign and for a reasonable archival period afterward as part of the historical record of the initiative. You can ask us to remove yours at any time.
Server logs: rotated regularly. Hashed IP fingerprints used for petition anti-abuse are retained no longer than 12 months.

7. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you may at any time:

Ask what information we have about you.
Ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete it. For petition signatures, deletion removes you from the public delivery file going forward; once a delivery file has already been transmitted, we cannot retract the prior delivery.
Opt out of all email communications by replying STOP to any campaign email or emailing admin@anazaosolutions.com.

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy statute, you have these rights under that statute as well, and we will honor them without requiring a "verifiable consumer request" beyond what is reasonably needed to confirm your identity. To exercise any right, email admin@anazaosolutions.com with the subject line "Privacy request."

8. Children

This website and the petition are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Petition signers are required to affirm they are 18 or older. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed storage of IP addresses, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

10. Email communications

If you opt in to campaign updates, we send email through Resend on behalf of Anazao Solutions LLC, from Idaho. Every campaign email includes a clear unsubscribe option. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713). 11. Changes to this notice

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
