1. What this petition is

The Public Accountability Petition is a civic advocacy initiative hosted by Anazao Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. It calls on Congress, the U.S. Department of Justice, and applicable state attorneys general to release every non-survivor-identifying record connected to the Jeffrey Epstein investigations, to pursue criminal accountability without regard to the wealth, position, or political affiliation of any individual implicated, and to treat the protection of survivors as a binding governmental obligation.

This petition is private speech protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the Idaho Constitution. It expresses the collective request of its signers to specific government officials.

2. What this petition is not

• It is not a government-issued ballot initiative, referendum, or recall petition under Idaho Code Title 34 or under the law of any other state.
• It is not a citizen petition under any federal Administrative Procedure Act provision, 5 U.S.C. § 553(e), or any agency-specific petition-for-rulemaking process.
• It is not a sworn affidavit, criminal complaint, grand-jury referral, or formal accusation against any specific individual.
• It is not a legal filing of any kind.
• Signing it does not waive any of your legal rights, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Anazao Solutions or anyone associated with the firm.

3. Your affirmation when you sign

When you sign, you affirm to the best of your knowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provided about yourself is accurate.
• You support the petition and want your name counted.
• You are signing on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person without their authorization.
• You are not signing more than once with the intent to inflate the count.

Submitting fraudulent information, signing with someone else's identity, or automating signature submission is a misuse of this site and may constitute a violation of state or federal computer-misuse laws (including 18 U.S.C. § 1030).

4. How signatures are verified

Each signature requires a working email address. We send you a confirmation link; your signature is added to the public delivery file only after you click that link. Unconfirmed signatures are not delivered to government recipients. We also use hashed-IP rate limiting and standard anti-automation measures to discourage fraudulent signatures.

5. What we do with your information

Use and storage of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Notice. In short: only your first name, last name, state, and confirmation status appear in the public delivery file we submit to government recipients. Your email, ZIP, city, and other fields are used only for verification, deduplication, and campaign communications (if you opted in).

6. Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw your signature at any time by emailing admin@anazaosolutions.com from the email address you signed with, with the subject line "Withdraw signature." We will remove your signature from the active delivery file within a reasonable time. We cannot retract delivery files that have already been transmitted to government recipients before your request.

7. No legal accusation

This petition refers to the Jeffrey Epstein investigations and to the individuals associated with that case as a matter of substantial public concern. It does not allege, and should not be read to allege, that any specific person has committed a crime that has not been adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction. Every signer is reminded that allegations of criminal conduct in the United States must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in court, and that the petition's demand is procedural: it asks that the relevant investigations, charging decisions, and disclosures proceed equally and transparently.

8. No partisan endorsement

This is a civic, non-partisan petition. Signing does not constitute endorsement or opposition of any political party, candidate, ballot measure, or organization other than the requests addressed to the named government recipients. Anazao Solutions does not coordinate the petition with any candidate committee, party committee, or political action committee.

9. Eligibility

Any U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. resident, or person with a substantial connection to the United States who is at least 18 years old may sign. Signatures from individuals outside the United States are welcome as a matter of expression but may be reported separately from U.S.-state counts.

10. Limitation of liability

Anazao Solutions LLC provides this petition on an as-is, advocacy-only basis. We make no warranty that government recipients will act on the petition, change any policy, or respond at all. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anazao Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your participation in or reliance on this petition.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith correspondence with the firm will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the petition after a change constitutes acceptance.
